Projection Alarm Clock with IN/OUT Temperature
This was a replacement for a similar LaCrosse projection alarm/weather unit which had worked fine for years until squirrels destroyed the exterior sending unit. The new one looks better and has a somewhat clearer display. However, the sending uint seems to be off about 6 degrees and I have written the company via e-mail twice. In both cases they have posted a notice that they are overwhelmed with post-holiday messages and support requests so it could take a couple of weeks to hear from them. I find this unusual, at best. Also, I do not understand why when the unit it running on AC power rather than batteries the backlight cannot stay on. The instruction/owner's manual is not eay to read and setting are not intuitive. As I had a similar unit, I was better prepared than a new comer" might be to follow the instructions.
