The lamp installed easily and has worked perfectly now for two months. It was really easy to replace, anyone can do it. Why spend $200 or $250, when you can get it here for $150? My only complaint: the package contained a document stating the supplier would provide a return shipping label to recycle the old bulb for a $5.00 credit, but it was not included in my package.
