La Crosse Technology Ltd. Projection Alarm Clock w/Weather (As Shown)

Projection Alarm Clock with IN/OUT Temperature
This was a replacement for a similar LaCrosse projection alarm/weather unit which had worked fine for years until squirrels destroyed the exterior sending unit. The new one looks better and has a somewhat clearer display. However, the sending uint seems to be off about 6 degrees and I have written the company via e-mail twice. In both cases they have posted a notice that they are overwhelmed with post-holiday messages and support requests so it could take a couple of weeks to hear from them. I find this unusual, at best. Also, I do not understand why when the unit it running on AC power rather than batteries the backlight cannot stay on. The instruction/owner's manual is not eay to read and setting are not intuitive. As I had a similar unit, I was better prepared than a new comer" might be to follow the instructions. Basicaly a good, solid product with sometime erratic support and questionable rationale for how it performs.Buy La Crosse Technology Ltd. Projection Alarm Clock w/Weather (As Shown)!

Hot Wheels Scrrechin™ Projection Alarm Clock Radio - HW805

Santa brought this for my son for Christmas. He's 8 and wanted to get himself up for school. We tried a cheap clock, but he lost interest in it because let's face it, at this age...they still look at things as a toy. We decided to get this clock because it looked fun and it is! He obsesses over the thing. It has a volume control, but he likes his LOUD. It talks to them and tells them "Let's get going, time to start the day" and then honks the horn and screeches the tires. If that's too obnoxious for some, no worries...it also has the radio feature as well as the standard alarm sound. You won't be disappointed!Buy Hot Wheels Scrrechin™ Projection Alarm Clock Radio - HW805!
