I bought it and it worked OK until congress changed the daylight savings time start and end dates. Even though the time signal has a DST indicator, this clock appears to have the old start and end dates coded into firmware. So it's an hour off for about 8 weeks every year.
In other matters, the projector is not very powerful. It's good for about four feet in a relatively dark room.
Finally, you can't turn the back light on permanently. It stays on for a few seconds when you press the button. I could see eliminating the back light if it were necessary to save batteries, but this unit has to plug in to 110v.Buy Atomic Adjustable Projection Clock!
